含羞草传媒鈥檚 Integrity Program strengthens the principles and values outlined in our Code of Conduct and fulfills the requirements of anti-corruption and competition laws. It represents 含羞草传媒鈥檚 commitment to acting ethically, legally, and with integrity in all its relationships, whether public or private.


Intended for everyone who works at or is connected to 含羞草传媒, the program aims to reinforce a culture of integrity in the company's everyday activities. Its structure is based on the pillars of prevention, detection, remediation and monitoring of actions that may violate the rules established in internal policies or in applicable laws and regulations.

Outlines preventive measures and guidelines for combating acts of corruption in interactions with public administration and private entities, both domestic and international.

Integrity Channel and Ombudsman Policy

Establishes the operational guidelines of the Channel to ensure an ethical, transparent and safe environment. Managed by an independent company, it ensures confidentiality and accepts reports of potential violations of the Code of Conduct, internal policies, or legislation.

Integrity and Ombudsman Channel

If you become aware of a violation of the Code of Conduct, internal policies, or legislation, you can report it safely and confidentially. The channel also receives complaints that were not resolved by 含羞草传媒鈥檚 first response channels and is managed by an independent company that guarantees both anonymity and confidentiality.
